In English but any language, if you want to be fluent, you should have to speak a lot. Speaking without thinking that if I make a mistake, people will laugh, forget everything, only focus on your goal and your goal is to become fluent in English, so speak and once you feel you're confident enough in speaking, then work on your grammar part.
