I think it is important to keep distractions away to stay motivated to study. Also, juggle between subjects because studying just one subject for an extended period can be very tiring. Don't forget to take frequent breaks or rewards yourself for studying today by, for example, allowing yourself to watch an episode or two of your favourite show.
