what  would be problem faced by left handers man during dance ?

I assume that if left-handed people had issues with some dance elements, right-handed people would have similar issues but related to other directions or sides. But this is not the case.To further examine the ballet training, after working with two hands on the barre, we start working with one hand.... ...more

I assume that if left-handed people had issues with some dance elements, right-handed people would have similar issues but related to other directions or sides. But this is not the case.
To further examine the ballet training, after working with two hands on the barre, we start working with one hand. So we are training the right side and the left side of the body separately. Both sides are trained equally. In young ages, we usually start the exercises from the right side, but in higher classes, it is mixed. For all classes, we usually prepare examinations that show only one side of each exercise in alternate sequences, but the students have mastered both sides before preparing such shows.
I believe that being left-handed plays no significant role in learning to dance. Dance only requires a lot of training and a lot of years of experience with understanding steps and how to apply them.
For example: when I was studying ballet, I had trained my mind to watch ballet videos and instantly learn the choreography from its correct side. Since the videos show the choreography as in a mirror, it takes some practice to learn to decode this instantly.
