Yes yoga can give you relief from back pain . i will not suggest medication as it will give only temporary relief. You should change your diet and lifestyle for healthy gut . and in extra i will suggest strength training as it will protect you from future back pain by strengthening nearby muscles or... ...more

Mostly not .....but you can increase some cms with static stretching ....that will open up your joints to maximum limits and will also stretch you nearby muscles ...
