With 10 years of university experience and a passion for Management & psychology, I help students succeed in Business & Commerce programs (BCom, BBA, MBA), I'm passionate about empowering students. Currently, as Assistant Professor & Head of Placement at IGNOU, I also hold the distinction of an "International Best Research Paper Presentation Award" winner. My academic background is equally impressive, pursuing a doctorate at Amity University alongside an MBA in HR & Marketing and a Bachelor's from Delhi University. I've published two research papers (ISBN) and presented at international conferences. Beyond academics, I've actively conducted and delivered talks in over 14 training sessions and seminars, even leading special sessions on Psychology & Soft Skills for government and non-government organizations.
