I gained knowledge about biology subjects in my B.Sc. during 1982 to 1986. Soon I was trained to be a teacher at bachelor degree level and earned B.Ed. From B.Ed. study I learned basics about educational philosophy, psychology and classroom and school administration. I was inspired and motivated by the subjects Philosophy and Psychology as well. Soon I went to Andhra University to study Master of Education where I gained sufficient knowledge about Philosophy of Education and Philosophy of Language as well. I joined public school (Government school) in 1991 and applied various teaching methods especially inductive method in the classroom when I was teaching Biology subject. My knowledge about educational psychology helped me to motivate the students systematically to learn new knowledge. To improve my knowledge about Biology I studied Master of Science during 1996 to 1998. I earned M.Sc. degree from Annamalai University. I used my rich knowledge on biology in the classroom. . I completed my PhD in Philosophy from Xiangtan University and soon reorganized my teaching methods in order to adapt to the Chinese cultural environment. I got best teacher award from the education department of Xiangtan city government. I can teach Biology, Philosophy and oral English taught abroad for more than twenty years.
