Rishabh Batra

1. I have served in the Indian Navy for 14 years as an Electrical and an Aviation Technical Officer and have dealt hands-on with practical real-world applications of different engineering disciplines. Teaching, training, coaching & mentoring students & young minds and preparing them for their professional life is my passion. My academic qualifications include MTech RF Design Technology (Microwaves), MTech Aeronautics (Electrical) and B.E (Electronics & Communication).
2. I have done my MTech specialisation from IIT Delhi and I have taught students of varied age groups in the past from Secondary School Students to mid-career professionals. I have also been appointed in an Instructor/teaching role in the Navy at the Naval Institute of Aeronautical Technology at Kochi.
3. I follow an F3 pedagogy viz fundamentals, fortification and follow up with a focus on applied learning and concept building using practical examples to promote long term memory development. I formulate and implement structured lesson plans for each session with defined learning outcomes. I use multiple sources of material to include practice on different types of problem-solving to achieve optimal preparation for examinations. My lectures are tailored to the needs and goals of the student all through my courses.
