Sanjeevini Yoga offers online Yoga lessons on Zoom, covering Asanas, Pranayamas, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Yogic counselling for freedom from stress, anxiety, depression.

I have trained as a teacher of Yoga Practices i under the Bihar School of Yoga tradition and have been teaching Yoga for over 20 years now.

During the last 11 years I have been offering online Yoga sessions to participants in India and overseas in Europe, USA, Singapore, Australia.

I have conducted Yoga retreats in Germany, Austria and Singapore during the last 7 years.

Though Yoga is highly effective in healing and rejuvenation of the body and mind, my unique focus while teaching is on helping participants understand the root causes of their suffering at the physical, mental, emotional levels and how the root causes can be dissolved through Yogic wisdom and the practices of Yoga.

Participants taking my classes have found this perspective to be extremely valuable. They feel more energetic, more peaceful, more joyful from within. They are able to live in harmony with everyone and face the challenges of life with equanimity and confidence.
