Reading is related to writing while listening is related to speaking.
In order to be a good speaker, you have to be an active listener. So rather than reading newspaper, watch English news channels. Advantage is that you are quite familiar with the things happening around you, so when you'll listen the same thingsim English, You'll cultivate a strong vocabulary and great presentation.
Secondly try to speak in front of mirror maintaining a strong eye contact with your image in mirror. This will boost your confidence.
Thirdly speak to some good English speakers, this will improve your communication skills.
Trust me these are the best ways to become a good English speaker.
All the best!
