For an effective teaching - learning process, the teacher needs to build a great rapport with the students and this, I think is my strength. I enjoy teaching and believe in making the topic interesting by examples and conversations with the students rather than rote learning. This goes a long way in mentoring the students in a holistic manner and makes the students more confident, responsible and helps them overcome their inhibitions. I have a strong skill to motivate my students so that they are able to perform better and upgrade their scores, as I believe that each child is unique and has some positive attributes, which must be honed by a great mentor.
