If we're teaching someone about their health and happiness, we should first look into our lives and apply everything we are going to teach them.
When the results will come, and people will see, they will get inspired automatically, and then you have to put some of your experiences and knowledge into their mind by just talking to them with facts. They will get inspired a lot.
