More studies are showing that yoga is useful in the mental and physical benefits. Yoga is a Sanskrit word which meaning a â??union of the body and mind.â?? Yoga combines the physical postures or ASANS or state with the mental conscious by breathing and the spiritual connection with universal consciousness.
 
Yoga has many physical benefits, including encourage in relaxation, increase in flexibility and strength,  to reduce the blood pressure, and toning muscles. The regular practice has also been shown to alleviate arthritis and back pain and boost heart and mental peace.
 
The datas prove that the yoga's benefits. According to a random trial at many hospitals and clinics that the yoga at that place and an at-home practice, showed a significant reduce in pain as well as better moods, improved physical functions, and boosting energy levels.
 
Researches also show that yoga affects cardio and vascular health, lowering blood pressure and the heart rate also helping to remain normal heart rate. It may also improve quality of life in, a common heart rhythm disorder. Yoga and meditation also helping to reduce stress by decreasing activity in the nervous system, otherwise it is known as the â??either fight or flight" response, which is typically responsible for the constricting blood vessels and raising blood pressure and the rate of heart beats. 
Meditation and Yoga practices can also improve one's temper as well as mood also and increase gray matter which is situated in the brain, get benefiting for positive decision-making, reasoning, and self discipline as wel as self control also. Meditation also changes the function of neurons of the brain, helping flowing beta wave (excitatory) to theta wave (relaxation), and leading to a deeper awareness of mind. A simple meditation to use to begin the transportation from the beta wave to the theta wave state is to focus on the breathings. The breath and mind both work in tandem, so as the breath begins to lengthen, brain waves begin to slow down vice versa.
In terms of mental healthness, researches shows that regular practice of  Yoga and Meditation increases the levels of gamma amino butyric acid (GABA), an inhibitory neurotrans mitter, in the brain. Lowering in  levels of GABA are associated with anxiety and depression. The numerous studies have shown improvements in the mood of people with these conditions.

There are various types of yoga i.e. Bikram Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, or the more advanced forms, such as Kundalini Yoga including restorative or gentle yoga.  Those who are new to yoga should initially try gentle otherwise try restorative yoga to ensure that they are doing the poses or ASANAS  perfectly and safely. Those with injuries or soreness should consult their Doctors or Instructors to know at the beginning of class so that poses or ASANAS can be modified. If any problem arises during or after the Yoga practice , one should always speak to a doctor or qualified health care professional before taking any new exercise.
Try meditation in the morning or evening even  for 5 to 10 minutes or as much as possible. Incorporate a regular yoga class or a regular exercise to reap the health benefits.
