I am a dedicated Yoga Instructor, leading both online and offline classes across the country. My extensive training in Yoga and meditation was completed at the esteemed AYM School. Throughout my career, I have collaborated with various brands to conduct specialized workshops and have had the privilege of teaching yoga to a diverse clientele. My work particularly focuses on supporting individuals with PCOS, PCOD, and symptoms of depression, and I am proud to have received overwhelmingly positive feedback from those I’ve assisted.
One of my most cherished projects was a workshop I co-hosted in the charming town of Dharamkot, Dharamshala. This unique event was crafted for girls embarking on their first solo travel experience. We designed the workshop to offer a restorative yoga experience while fostering a nurturing and supportive community environment. Our aim was to empower participants, especially those struggling with underconfidence, to embrace their solo journeys with assurance and grace.
I specialize in restorative yoga, guided meditation, as well as Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, and am passionate about creating transformative experiences for my clients.
