Shekhar Panchal

I am an artist and educator passionate about art, painting, and drawing. With a
Master of Fine Arts and Painting, I bring three years of experience in nurturing creativity and artistic
skills in students.

My journey into art began as a hobby that evolved into a fulfilling career. I find immense
joy and satisfaction in the world of colours and forms, and this enjoyment naturally led me to pursue a
career in teaching art. I started my professional journey at a convent school, where I dedicated a year
to sharing my love for art with students.

Recognizing my commitment and skills, I later joined DPS (Delhi Public School) as a Post Graduate
Teacher (PGT) in the art department. This experience allowed me to refine my teaching
methods further and engage with students in a more structured educational setting.

My proficiency in art extends beyond the classroom, as evidenced by my achievement of winning the
first prize in a rangoli-making competition. This recognition not only highlights my own artistic

capabilities but also serves as inspiration for my students, showcasing the practical application of
creativity in various forms.
As technology continues to play a significant role in education, I have embraced the online platform
for teaching art. My classes are designed to be interactive, fostering a dynamic exchange between
students and the world of art. Through live sessions, I aim to create a virtual studio where students
can actively participate, ask questions, and receive personalized feedback.
While I don't rely on specific teaching materials, the focus of my online sessions is on practical
engagement with art and the development of artistic skills. The absence of particular materials is
intentional, allowing students the flexibility to explore and create with the resources available to
them.
My ultimate goal is to inspire a love for art in my students and help them discover and nurture their
creative voices. By leveraging the online platform, I aim to make the art world accessible and
engaging, fostering a community of budding artists who can express themselves freely through
painting and drawing.
