Being an IDP certified trainer I would share 2 experienced strategies
1) Do practice speaking in front of mirror and you can see yourself how would you be percieved by the examiner or the public.
2) do record your speaking in recorder of your mobile phone or your laptop and relisten it agin and again and find out the areas of weakness

pritom , firstly you need to understand that in writing and speaking its quite paramoont to proceed strategically to fulfil your requiremnt .
with certain strategies one can easily acheive this target as i am an IDP certified trainer and has helped lots of students to achieve the same target
Moreover , for listening its quite esy to get 7 as u have to get 30 right in academic and same in reading though little tougher than listening yet achievable
