As for my profession, I work in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, boxing coach, and aerobics instructor. I've been a fitness instructor for more than 18 years now. I believe in keeping my students interested and instructing them most beneficially to their learning. According to the needs of the students, I modify my lesson and clarification strategies.

My experience in the military has been the driving force behind my success. I always make it to my lectures promptly. Time, as the saying goes, truly is the best teacher. The more active I am, the better. Exercising, therefore, is something I think everyone should be doing. Anyone who cares about their health and wants to make a difference in the world should do some exercise first thing in the morning.

Those who choose to study under my guidance will receive excellent direction. As a trainer who strongly supports open-ended questioning from students, I am committed to providing an engaging and effective learning environment. If a teacher truly cares about her students' education, she must ensure that her students feel comfortable asking any question they may have, no matter how silly it may seem. A student's increased self-assurance makes teaching them much simpler.
