She has attained a master's degree in Dietetics and food service management and a graduate in Human Nutrition & Dietetics. Having a passion for fitness, she gained certifications in Classic Mat Pilates level 2,3 & 4 and Qubo and Prenatal Pilates certification helped in dealing with maternity cases. Working in fitness centers and gyms gave her an in-depth understanding of therapeutic diets, power lifters nutrition, athletes pre and post-workout meals, Weight loss diets including vegan diet, ketogenic diet, lactose-free diets, and intermittent fasting. Working with an Endocrinologist broaden my knowledge in drugs, insulin therapy, carbohydrate counting etc.
In fast fast-paced world and current health scenario, various FOOD & Health START-ups are emerging very quickly which has given cutting edge to the FMCG industry. She has skills to design and develop ideas for various start-up projects. She has expertise in working on more than 2 start-up projects at the same time.
Working in Shangri-La' Eros Hotel as a consultant dietitian helped her in interacting with people from overseas and understanding their nutrition and lifestyle.
She also had excellence in Clinical research and therapeutic counseling. Working with Bariatric surgeon helped her understanding health psychology , nutrition and lifestyle of obese patients, thereby, counseling them pre & post surgical diet and lifestyle in order to maintain healthy pattern. Follow up with these patients was crucial until one year.
