Preparation of GA & detailed manufacturing drawing of Tunnel Kin & Melting Furnace, bulk material handling equipment’s such as Rotary Furnace, Vibratory Charger, Scrap Charging Machine, Transport system for tunnel kiln, Hydraulic Pusher Machine, Ducting, Piping, launder System, Roller Conveyors, Platforms, Staircase & all types of structure details.
Right from the concept design to the final documentation, I pursue all the engineering activities, which go into the making of a new product.
Plant Design, Large Assembly Handling with Autodesk Inventor & Smart team.
Factory visit during assembly time of our equipments & Manufacturing supports.
Site supervision and guide the vendor in manufacturing of the equipments.
Self checking of manufacturing drawing, G.A. drawing and coordinate with the other engineers.
Develop the new structure in 3D model in Autodesk Inventor and give the guidelines for my juniors
Develop the new component in 3D Model in Autodesk Inventor with the help of 2d drawing.
