1. If in case you are a newbie, I strongly recommend offering free soft skills sessions to the colleges and institutions. This is the best solution to it, and the good thing is IT WORKS.

Then connect with teachers and professors of various schools and institutions for networking and cross-sell your skills to them so that they would invite you to give a session in their respective institutions.
