I learnt yoga by compulsion, my digestion got bad because of ibs, tension, poor eating habits. After trying all allopathic doctors and medicines , I came to a conclusion that my ailment can not be cured.
Luckily , I came into touch of a yoga guru and my life changed not only physically but mentally too.
Yoga has made me more composed and fit to tackle the challenges thrown by today's rat race , demanding and polluted environment.
I learnt yoga from my cousin who is retired from navy as Commodor, who himself learnt from yoga from sivananda yoga, Rishikesh.
Yoga and my aim are same that every body should live a healthy life.
But I caution you, if you are looking for quick fixes then you Must abandon your plan , as it takes patience and will power. Without these two you can not get desired results.
