This course shall enable the attendees to customize Dynamics 365 CE according to the business context. It attendees would get a functional overview of Dynamics 365 CE and also get insights into the configurations and out of the box customizations. This shall covers aspects such as solutions, entities and entity customizations and within the box elements like process, dialogs and workflows. This course shall also provide a deep insight into the security model of Dynamics 365 CE.

This course does not focus on custom development and is limited to the configurational and customization elements only.

Post this course the attendees shall be able to appreciate the functional modules of Dynamics 365 CE like Sales, Marketing and Customer Service and also filed force and Project Service Automation. They would also gain understanding of the ways to package the solutions and the methodology to deploy them. Though not includes in the content, I shall also try to develop perspective around licensing model of Dynamics 365
