I am a certified Personal Trainer by GIFF (India) and Self Employed Instructor and Trainer. I’ve completed my education at Delhi University and Meerut University with Gold Medal in B.Com and M.Com. I am currently a primary school teacher and a fitness instructor for more than 5 years and I carefully look after overall diet, lifestyle, exercises, yoga and mental health. I am also well equipped to work with gym equipment, weights and machines.
