While working with an ADHD child I keep in mind that children with ADHD often receive criticism. Be on the lookout for good behavior—and praise it. Praise is especially important for children who have ADD/ADHD because they typically get so little of it. I works on children's receiving correction, remediation, and complaints about their behavior—but little positive reinforcement. I prefer working with a smile, positive comment, or other reward to improve the attention, concentration and impulse control of the child with ADD/ADHD. I do my best to focus on giving positive praise for appropriate behavior and task completion, while giving as few negative responses as possible to inappropriate behavior or poor task performance. I reward the child for small achievements that i might take for granted in another child.I keep in mind to change rewards frequently as Kids with ADD/ADHD get bored if the reward is always the same. I try time-outs and the removal of privileges as consequences for misbehavior. Through the activities, i make a chart with points or stars awarded for good behavior, so your child has a visual reminder of his or her successes. I remove the child from situations and environments that trigger inappropriate behavior. Immediate rewards work better than the promise of a future reward, but small rewards leading to a big one can also work in academic tasks while working with ADHD child.

Teaching Experience in detail in Special Education (Learning Disabilities) Classes
I prefers the techniques of inter personal relationship and reinforcement to improve the weak area of the individual. I believes in concept building through the use of special aids, visual and tactile approach. I Involves the student in my own behavior assessment is another way to modify unwanted behaviors in the classroom. Depending on the disability, I prefers teaching methods including individualized instruction, problem-solving assignments, and small group work. To develop my students' critical thinking skills i uses Problem-based learning and also refers to discovery-based learning. I believes in multi-sensory approach as it is the holistic way to develop the strengths of individual. I Praise a special education student for what he has done right, reinforces good behavior and creates confidence in making the right choices. I communicates and works together with parents, social workers, school psychologists occupational and physical therapists, school administrators, and other teachers. I tries to teach the problem of the children with special needs as their real-life problem that is relevant to students' learning and interests.
