My journey beyond dance
My career pans over 25 years in teaching and performance of Dance Movement, Yoga and Transcendental Meditation. Inspired by extraordinary minds, my unique modules find solutions for those seeking creative interventions. A portfolio panning educational and government organisations, corporates and NGOs gives me the bandwidth to practice and teach using the principles of meditation and movement for mind and body.

I train
Teachers, caregivers, students and counsellors in the power of inner potential through Transcendental and guided meditation. I have a doctorate in Dance and believe that the greatest investment is in self- development.

My present interventions aim to create unique and extraordinary minds exploring a deeper understanding of one’s inner potential and personal growth . We explore the wonders of Transcendental Meditation and Yoga Movement while my holistic interventions are easy and exciting.
