Read English Newspaper, learn atleast 10 word meaning and use those words in sentences, stand in front of mirror and, try to speak in English whatever comes in your mind, this mirror method is best way to boost your confidence, opt English language while talking with any kind of customer care support or queries, record your voice when you are reading and talking in English, so that you could listen your accent and correct them later on with the help of Google voice assistant, work on one tense in a day, and make sentence with the help of tense, form small small sentences at primary level, chat in English.. This all are few steps to learn English in a very less span of time.
