The difficulty of playing a classical guitar as opposed to an electric guitar is subjective and depends on factors such as the player’s experience and musical tastes Classical guitars can require a lot of finger strength due to them thanks to the wide neck and nylon straps, emphasizing toe clearance. Electric guitars with narrow-neck steel strings may require less finger strength for fretting, but the difficulties in bending and playing techniques present the obvious discomfort of an addiction self-will and goals of the player. It is best to choose the type of guitar that matches his musical tastes and to commit to practice to develop skills regardless of his chosen instrument.

You learn when you are comfortable.

Not really... But yes in case of electric guitar you need more command over strumming and chords bcz the sound is crystal clear and loud because of amplifier.

It's not harder to play......but yes there are many things that you have to look at while playing electric one......like you must need an amplifier to play electric guitar ......you need to make a proper sound with the effects of your amp or processor so you can get a good tone.......and you must know...

And on the other hand with classical guitar, you don't need anything extra......you can simply tune your guitar and play on...
