"As we all know grade 11 and 12th are the building blocks of a students educational career hence it greatly depends on the teacher whether the student will like the subject or not. My experience with Mr Vijay wasn't very great. He has knowledge in his field but is not able to communicate it properly which is a difficulty for the students of higher grades. He should not give up teaching but should teach lower grades if he wishes to but sincerely not grade 11 and 12. My child attended his classes (left now) and told me he doesn't have a set plan to be followed and he was lagging in syllabus as compared to other schools or other tuition teachers. This message is not to demotivate Mr Vijay but to tell the truth of how he has been conducting himself in the field of chemistry. Sincerely higher class teachers should be more serious and does not have a casual behaviour. I strongly recommend him either to give up teaching grade 11 and 12 or move to lower grades if he wishes to teach but not to take chances with higher grades. If anyone asks me to compare him with any other tuition teacher available nearby I think you all know my answer by now. Thank you. "
