"Before yoga, I was focused on workout and ignored regular pain in my thighs and knees. Through Anee , I learned ways to pay attention to what my body needs and to practice the poses that help me stay balanced and move through the world with ease, instead of with aches and pains. Different activity on every Saturday add more fun. You are just fantastic and makes us feel cool too. In a month my flexibility increased 25%. Thank you so much. "

"It was an outstanding experience as always. Whenever I attend Anee's session, my mind reaches to a place where there is no place of chaos, just a peaceful bliss. I never really want the session to ever end. The various asanas have helped me improve my flexibility, strength and balance. Anne has helped me in relieving stress and anxiety and achieve inner peace. "

Vinyasa Flows in Yoga focus on keeping complete body and breath consciousness while moving in, out and holding the poses.
Power Yoga is a vigorous form of Vinyasa practise with more focus on burning calories, besides building strength and flexibility like other more traditional yoga forms.

Yoga Rooms are not supposed to be artificially made warm unless you are going for Hot Yoga.
There are more disadvantages than benefits of practising Yoga in a heated environment because you sweat more and lose nutrients from the body. It may also lead to a reduction in endurance and stamina.
For the practice of Yog Nidra towards the end of the session, generally, it is advised to cover oneself with a blanket because the body suddenly comes to rest after getting heated up during asana practice. Hence, body temperature may drop, making one feel cold.
