"A very good mentor - highly experienced in her field Very hard working - uses different techniques/methods to make her students understand better Very cooperative - whenever I missed any class, she used to call me to attend that class on some other day This course helped in many ways :- confidence improved , fluency in English , body language, personality development, public speaking And most important - Initially my concept of grammer were very poor due to which I was very hesitant to interact with the other person in English but gradually with positive efforts of Mrs Anshu my English improved in an unbelievable pace . Extremely happy and satisfised :) "
