I used to dance earlier, but I discontinued because of health issues. When I checked my skills with some dance steps, I was not satisfied with my body language. I think I have lost my skills, and I want to regain my past dance skills. Will I be able to do that?

Hi, Vipin,Dance is not that kind of thing you can lose it. Like you can't forget to walk, eat etc. Same as if you used to dance earlier you can dance as well.No need to worry. Trust your and self do it. Yes, it will take little time, but trust me you will rock my boy.Thanks!
