I used to dance earlier, but I discontinued because of health issues. When I checked my skills with some dance steps, I was not satisfied with my body language. I think I have lost my skills, and I want to regain my past dance skills. Will I be able to do that?

Definitely you can learn. You will have to focus more on warm up section in initial classes to obtain flexiblity and moves for that style, and gradually with practice you will learn:)

At 38 what is the best dance to learn?

Age doesn't matter in dance; it's a matter of your interest. If you are a beginner, you should start with essential steps which you can perform anywhere in parties, functions, DJ Or any event. Steps will include basic Bollywood style, jazz funk and bhangra funk.
