Susmita is an entrepreneur and Consultant, with 16 years of experience. Her current areas of work include partnering with clients on Organization Design, Capacity Building, HR Transformation & Change Management, Competency Design & Skill mapping, Career Pathing, Performance Linked Rewards & Incentives, Organization Climate Assessment & Organization Development Interventions, Training, and Assessment & Feedback

Susmita is an ICF certified Life Coach, focusing on Diversity Coaching. She is also a POSH Facilitator, empanelled on the ICC of several organizations and has conducted several awareness campaigns and empowerment programs for women including executives and blue collared factory staff. She combines her rich experience along with intuition and positive thinking to support women (individuals and leaders) in various facets of their life and career.

Susmita has been instrumental in mentoring and coaching several senior business leaders, across sectors, entrepreneurs and High Potential Management Executives, as part of their journey post Assessment. She combines her management experience to support individual leaders and teams enhance their performance and fulfillment.

Susmita is certified trainer in Assessment & Psychometric tools – NLP, MBTI, Thomas Profiling, DISC Profiling, Belbin, Caliper, 360 degree feedback etc.,a certified PCMM consultant and a Leadership & Performance Enhancement facilitator. Her signature programs are on Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Effectiveness through NLP & Transformational Leadership. As a behavioral trainer and facilitator, her expertise lies in gauging the pulse of the audience, to make each of her programs a meaningful and enriching experience for her audience.

Susmita is a Statistics graduate, backed by a B-School degree with a Human Resource specialization. She has a passion for partnering with clients towards co creating business focused HR strategies.
