Itâ??s hard to avoid conflict entirely, both in the workplace and elsewhere in life. Itâ??s human nature to disagree. In fact, eliminating conflict entirely would cause its own problems: there would be no diversity of opinion and no way for us to catch and correct flawed plans and policies.
But poor communication or interpersonal tension can easily cause simple disagreements to flare up into resentment or worse.
Conflicts that are allowed to fester and grow will ultimately diminish productivity and damage staff morale. It is why employers seek employees with the skills to manage and diffuse conflict.

Creative Thinking

Most people associate creativity with the arts such as writing a novel, painting a picture, or composing music. While these are all creative endeavours, not all creative thinkers are artists. Many jobs require creative thinking, including positions in the world of business and science. Creativity simply means being able to come up with something new. If you can create something, not only will you enrich your personal life, youâ??ll have an advantage in whatever field you enter. The first thing you need to do is recognise your own creativity.
