• Met parents and school governors; maintain discipline in the classroom; methodically provide resources for
lessons; simplify lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives and assist students to prepare for examinations
in a 1,500+ student school.
• Conducting classes, assigning, and evaluation of home assignments of students.
• Participating in the training seminars and workshops for teachers.
• Evaluating, maintaining records, and discussing it with parents.
• Planning, developing, and implementing innovative teaching methods for students.
• Assisting and guiding the students to participate in various competitions and exhibitions.
• Participating in educational seminars and teacher’s training workshops.
• Maintaining records of students.
• Organizing weekly meetings of staff members and also assisting the Principal in administrative tasks.
• Motivating students to participate in extracurricular activities.
• Plan the content to be covered in the class according to the curriculum.
