Health & fitness expert, Yoga teacher. As a yoga therapist, I create individualized yoga practices for people with health challenges and offer workshops and classes. With an experience of over 2 years in the teaching field of yoga i'm excited to share my practice with the people and it's always a joy to see my students smiling face after a yoga session. I am also an Iyenger Yoga Practioner and love to pay attention to details in my asana practice which eventually flows into every other work that i do.

Since childhood i have been an active person as i used to play basketball in my junior and high school also used to be a captain of my team. But as life is unpredictable i started facing health concerns in my late teens so i decided to pursue Yogic Science as my Bachelor's program and little did i know its going to change my perception about life and everything for good. So this has brought me here and i hope to bring a positive change in every individuals life who wishes to explore yoga as a way of life.
