I want to increase my Reiki healing practices. Are there any Institute or hospital where I can work as Reiki healer.

To start practicing Reiki on a professional level, you can contact some reputed Reiki healing centres in your area or some other alternative and holistic healing centres like those practicing Ayurveda or Acupuncture etc. May be they like to add Reiki therapy to their services.

How many levels are there to the Reiki training and how long does the entire training take?

There are 5 levels. Any one learning Reiki for self and healing others needs to learn just 2-3 levels. Only person who want to make Reiki an occupation need to learn level-4 that is Reiki Mastership and Reiki Grand Mastership.
