I am a dedicated yoga teacher with 12 years of experience in the field. I hold a master’s degree, a diploma, and two certificates in yoga. Over the past 7 years, I have had the privilege of working alongside two of Nagpur’s top physiotherapists, which has greatly enriched my practice.

In addition, I have completed three specialized workshops under a renowned physiotherapist, focusing on Kinesiology taping, Mat Pilates, and Resistance Band training. My expertise lies in using yoga to alleviate back pain, stress, and anxiety. I am also adept at helping clients achieve various health and fitness goals, such as managing diabetes, blood pressure, weight, and PCOS.

I have conducted Breathwork for Stress and Jal Neti workshops in collaboration with Gondwana Club of Nagpur, and Rotary Club in association with the Indian Medical Association (IMA). I offer personalized yoga sessions both online and offline to cater to diverse needs and schedules.
