Overview

As for my line of work, I am a personal trainer and gym instructor in the fitness sector. Over the past six years, I've worked as an Acting coach and fitness instructor. Lovely Professional University is where I earned my Bachelor of Performing Arts in Theatre, and I also learned Yoga. I strive to maintain my students' interest and provide them with the most helpful information possible in my teaching. I adapt my teaching methods and methods of clarification based on the requirements of my students.

One of my main goals as an instructor is to teach my students how to live healthily with minimal effort. As a student, I learned how important it is to have a mentor who believes in you and can offer advice and guidance. That's why I keep my cool and guide my students to a deeper understanding of the material.

I encourage my students to ask anything throughout class since I care deeply about their learning. The best way to ensure that learners understand is to enable them to ask questions, regardless of how silly they may seem. As a student's self-esteem rises, you'll find it easier to impart knowledge to them. My primary training strategy is a mix of yoga and resistance training.
