With nearly 16 years of experience, I have honed my skills in content development and training across various domains. I have been leading a global team of technical writers, creating engaging and top-notch technical documentation and content. My focus on people management, performance management, and skills development has been instrumental in driving team excellence. I have successfully spearheaded a localization initiative, resulting in significant cost reductions by procuring the SDL Trados Tool for content localization in multiple languages. Currently, I manage a global team of 14 content developers, ensuring the development of interactive and high-quality technical documentation that aligns with constantly changing industry requirements. I am proficient in leading global teams and developing interactive technical documentation, eLearning, training (Voice and Accent, Language, Soft Skills, Behavioural) and leveraging my expertise in content strategy and stakeholder management.
