Hi Vivek, hope you are doing great! Running and yoga are 2 different things and there is no harm in practicing both of them....unless u have some health issues that suggest you to not run or some weakness and medical conditions related to orthropedics that recommend you to not practice certain yoga asanas you can practice both yoga and running. it is suggestive that after running you practice relaxation to calm your vitals and then practice yoga!
