The Best part about Power BI is ,there are multiple ways to learn it. There are many textbooks, articles, and if you prefer videos then there are on Youtube, Microsoft Learn, coursera, edx,udemy etc . And this may confuse you.
Hence, I strongly suggest you to learn from the latest Textbook/audio/video and stick to it till the end, no matter what. Once you are done with the basics then you can subscribe to communities for the latest updates,shortcuts,tips & tricks. The key is to stick to a tutor/textbook/playlist and learning the basics first

I prefer Power BI over Tableau because Power BI is more feasible and user-friendly...If I encounter a problem in building a dashboard then I have multiple communities for Power BI to help me out and this gives me confidence in experimenting new things in Power BI thinking there will be some person who might be thinking like me in the community.

The list differs according to the requirement or the meaning of 'differences' in your context. For example, if you look through the financial part Tableau is expensive than Power BI. If you look through the usability then Power BI is more pleasing to the beginners and business users compared to Tableau. In terms of deployment, Tableau is preferred over Power BI. The list goes on and on

You can find microsoft training videos available online. Yes, the microsoft staff gives those presentations which covers upto 30% of the exam. But if you practice the knowledge acquired and the dumps available then you will excel with flying colours.
If you are only concerned about passing the exam then just practice dumps, you can clear it even without knowledge.
Dumps are basically repeated questions that are asked. To pass you have to score at least 700
