I started training in an engineering institute on Theory of Automation (Automata Theory) while waiting for my call letter from TCS after my engineering. It was a engagement for more than 6 months. I started training in TCS on AWS, for my working group as a knowledge transition exercise and by the end of the year it spread across my unit and TCS Global. I used to conduct training twice a month for the associates across the glob in TCS. It's been more than 6 years am involved in technical training and I love the sharing of knowledge that happens through training , because I believe, knowledge grows by sharing. While training, I stress on doing things, because when you do something by yourself, you can visualise the challenges and learn from your mistakes. This remains for longer period in your grey matter. I have been awarded for more than 14 times in TCS for the learning and development initiatives. I believe that the best test of your skill is, when you make someone understand what you know.
