I deliver high-energy training using the latest techniques in exercise science, cardio programs and strength training. Deliver fitness, weight loss and nutrition programs for all age groups irrespective of gender. I did my graduation in *B.SC MLT ( Bachelor's of science in medical laboratory technology)*
And post-graduated from *MSC BIOCHEMISTRY*. I took place in number of body building competition ex:- *Rk mens body building championship* & *Misri classic in which i stand on 5th position*. My other accomplishments *Mr.South India finalists and Mr.Afro Asia Beauty Pageant finalist*.I am expertise and have 5 years of experience as an instructor and personal fitness trainer. I worked with *Talwalkars gym, Solid looks fitness studio*.Currently i'm pursuing *Advance Personal Training* course from *Gold's Gym Fitness Institute (GGFI)*. Looking forward to work with a fitness centre and people who are interested in personal training at their places.
