Please check if you have Blood pressure issue or sinus. In some cases you have to avoid certain Asanas which may contradict your your blood flow, palpitations and body mechanism.

Gaining unusual weight or sudden may factor of our gland call thyroid. Perhaps balancing the thyroid gland is resolved by specific Yoga asanas. Other than that our diet has to be observed and choose more organic and natural diet. Instead of packet juice, frozen food or excess eating poultry may cause... ...more
Gaining unusual weight or sudden may factor of our gland call thyroid. Perhaps balancing the thyroid gland is resolved by specific Yoga asanas. Other than that our diet has to be observed and choose more organic and natural diet. Instead of packet juice, frozen food or excess eating poultry may cause fat sorrounding belly. Eating yogic food and yoga alone give best results in within a month. Good luck!
