In fact, I am a corporate professional turned yoga trainer and have been practicing yoga for the past 10 years and the benefits which I derived from it propelled me to take up a certification from SVYASA Bangalore. I possess good knowledge about yoga asanas and postures and believe that my extensive knowledge, proficiency and broad experience in this sector will ensure development in the health and improve the mental and physical ability of the customer. Apart from yoga, I am also trained in Meditation techniques, Yogic massage therapy groomed under the Ashram atmosphere of Art of Living, Bangalore.
