Enriched lessons by purchasing additional learning materials and preparing new learning resources at home. Monitoring individual student performance in order to alter teaching strategies in line with individual pupils needs. Assessed and prepared students for tests or examinations, motivating them to progress further. Using a variety of teaching resources hands on projects, podcasts and I also encourage healthy cultures of learning by engaging with students in an individual basis and increased the number of students achieving the top grades.
