"Naveen did a fantastic job teaching yoga to my grandparents and my uncle , who are both over 50. Their class was gentle, well-paced, and perfectly suited to older adults. Naveen provided clear instructions and modifications that made the practice accessible and enjoyable. They created a supportive and encouraging atmosphere, which helped my grandparents feel comfortable and engaged throughout the session. The positive feedback from them speaks volumes about the instructor’s skill and empathy. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and my grandparents left feeling refreshed and happy. I highly recommend naveen sir for senior-friendly yoga classes. :) "
