Hi Chandan, one way to develop your English speaking is by practising speaking in the standard English language. Practice, practice practice! Try to express every idea or any tiniest abstract notion in spoken words. Search for better ways to say it conclusively.
Also, listen (don't see) conversational English audios like commentary, podcasts of lectures every day and practice sentences yourself.
Further, write every day (in a diary/ memoirs/ notes/ journal) your thoughts on what you have listened to.
