To improve your speaking skills, it is better you start reading newspaper articles and try to explain in your own words. Also, watch any good animation movies with English subtitles so that you can understand where to use such sentences.
It's not a big deal; you can improve quickly.
If you are not comfortable, you can approach good spoken English coaching.

Angular is a TypeScript-based Javascript framework. While React is described as a JavaScript library for building user interfaces.
React is used far more at Facebook than Angular is at Google.
React is also used by Airbnb, Uber, Netflix, Twitter, Pinterest, Reddit, Udemy, Wix, Paypal, Imgur, Feedly, Stripe, Tumblr, Walmart etc.
Facebook is working on the release of React Fiber.
So for you React is far better to start.
