As someone certified in yoga for over thirteen years and has also completed gym training certification from Rebok, I can confidently say that fitness has always been a significant part of my life. My journey as a fitness instructor began with freelancing training sessions in Hyderabad, specifically in Kokapet. As I gained more experience, I also started working with personalised training, one-on-one with clients.
When I first started going to the gym, it was mainly to stay in shape and maintain a healthy lifestyle. However, as time went by, I slowly began to feel more and more inspired by the world of fitness, and it soon became my passion for becoming a professional gym instructor. I train people of all ages, ranging from sixteen to eighty, helping them achieve their fitness goals through various methods.
My training sessions primarily focus on weight loss and management, but I also work as a personal trainer, helping clients achieve their fitness goals. My sessions are typically one hour long, involving practical and theoretical sessions to help clients understand the science behind their workouts. One of the most rewarding aspects of being a fitness instructor is seeing my clients' progress and positive changes. Seeing people become more confident and comfortable in their skin as they reach their fitness goals is incredibly fulfilling. In my sessions, I prioritise safety and proper form to prevent injuries. I believe fitness should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. Therefore, I ensure my sessions are tailored to each client's needs and abilities.
